“My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property. As soon as we opened the door we were welcomed with a rush of cold, air-conditioned air, cold drinks in the fridge and fresh fruit to enjoy. The rooms were very clean and beds were quite comfortable. We had every opportunity to stay in and cook our own meals (glasses, plates, pots, pans, etc. all included) but we elected not to. Excellent location to get out and walk to various restaurants or to exit the city in favour of the……

“We spent just one night here because of easy access to the airport. We found the apartment very clean and new, and Giancarlo very helpful. He picked us up at the airport and then got up extra early the next day to drive us again to catch an early flight. Even though it is a short way out of the centre of Cagliari, we were very happy to find some amazing restaurants in the area.”

Wunderschön der Pool zum Abkühlen, der herrlich angelegte Garten, die Geräumigkeit im Haus und die mehr als perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Es war vom Pflaster für den Notfall, über den Pürierstab, Backformen etc.alles vorrätig, es fehlte wirklich an nichts und das findet man nur sehr selten.”

“First off want to say the host Ulyana was so hospital and went the extra effort to ensure a wonderful stay and wonderful trip in Cagliari. This place is a must in terms of how beautiful and unique the actual property is architecturally/design wise, very comfort and has every amenity you can need. Two wonderful bathrooms with stand up showers, bidets and ample sinks for getting ready (3 technically). Was able to do laundry once we figured out Italian washer/dryer instructions ha. Kitchen is……

Ci sono tanti ristoranti attorno ma si può anche cucinare nell’appartamento che la cucina è ben dotata.”
