Very clean, new, modern. Close to train and bus station to Mestre. I'd stay again if I wanted to visit Venice or places close to Mestre.
Finding the check-in office is a little difficult if you're lugging bags with you, but once there it was easy and efficient. We stayed in Apt 2. Loved the space and especially the balcony for enjoying dining and views, but be prepared there are 70 steps up to the door. With luggage it is pretty challenging ...

On the Lido, so it is far from the horrible crowds that afflict large parts of Venice, but still an easy waterbus ride to everywhere. Green and quiet.
If you have images of gondoliers dancing through your head, you’re long overdue for a Venice vacation. But just because you’re itching for a getaway on the Italian canals doesn’t mean you have to share your space with hordes of other travelers. Rather, book one of our Venice vacation rentals and you’ll have your own private home or apartment, where you can pop a bottle of vino and watch the world go by. Spend your days wandering along cobblestone streets and downing espressos, and fill your evenings with local spaghetti before retreating to your rental space.
While hotels can be lovely, short-term apartment rentals in Venice invite you to step inside the real Italy, where you can live, cook, and relax like a local. Once you settle in and make yourself at home, step outside into the playground that is Venice. The 18th-century artwork at Ca'Rezzonico is not to be missed, while the architecture and museums at Doges' Palace will surely demand your attention. Just outside your rental, you’ll find plenty of nearby attractions, from the gilded domes of Saint Mark’s Basilica to the stunning views from Dorsoduro, Venice’s highest point. Admire the enchanting architecture from the seat of a vaporetto (waterbus) on the Grand Canal, dig into some hazelnut gelato, and pay a visit to the Bridge of Sighs before heading back to your rental space.
Kick off your shoes, heat up some leftovers, and relax while twirling squid-ink pasta around your fork and sipping a cappuccino in the comfort of your living room.
