This is a very nice place with an easy walk to the beach, the downtown walk and dine areas. The morning breakfast is really great and very nice people. We'll come back here if we plan to visit Venura or nearby.

By the freeway room was really loud and we couldn't sleep at all first night. We had to change the room. After we changed our room to the other side, our stay was comfortable and everybody was really friendly. Thanks.

Housekeeping didn’t finish making the bed. We stayed for 2nights, I asked the housekeeper if they can clean the room when we return to the room, the bed was half way done. So I was disappointed.

From check in to check out the staff was friendly . The free snacks when we arrived were awesome. We will definitely stay here again. We celebrated our 33rd anniversary!! Loved the way the hotel smelled throughout the hotel!! Would have been nice being closer to the water!

We loved friendly staff, great breakfast, clean room. In our room 228 - the air conditioner was very loud n noisy, and it was dirty ( very visible when we tried to adjust the dials). The pillows were lacking - very flat, we ended up buying new pillows to use there.
