Home is in a great location. The kitchen has every thing you need to make meals as well as a grill. They provide plenty of beach items which was a nice surprise. The kitchen is huge a great place to hangout and cook. Plenty of space in all the bathrooms as well which worked well for my group. We did have one maintenance issue but the host was kick to resolve the issue. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Marriage retreat indeed

It has everything! The aesthetics were amazing, the house has a welcoming atmosphere and open concept. You can cook and visit at the same time. Walking distance to the beach, we got to enjoy sunrise and sunset .

The Perfect Rental

This beachside gem truly exceeded our expectations! The charming craftsman-style home is not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable, offering thoughtful extras and special touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. Located just steps from the beach, the location couldn't be more perfect—our family loved taking daily strolls along the shore, popping by the nearby coffee shop, and exploring the local restaurants, and Rowan boutique. We also had an unforgettable bike ride along the scenic bike/walking path towards the pier (and beyond).The home's prime location made it easy to take day trips to nearby Ojai and Santa Barbara, adding even more to our experience. Everything about our stay was fantastic, from the welcoming atmosphere and amazing communication with our host, to the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We truly can't recommend this place enough and would absolutely love to stay here again!

Beautiful house, wonderful location!

We stayed one month at this wonderful property. The property management company was so attentive to the minor plumbing issues we had. It is so close to the beach and the house is roomy and well equipped with everything you need. We come to Ventura every year and this is the best house we've stayed at so far!

Thanksgiving week

Beautiful house and great location. Well supplied kitchen and linens. Nice touch to include shampoo and soap. A few enhancements would have made the stay perfect. We could not get the gas grill to work. The dishwasher was not working well despite using the vinegar and Finish. Dishes in the cabinets probably were washed by former guests and many were full of soap scum and sediment. The master bathroom shower- although beautiful— did not drain well and the shower stayed full of water for hours.

Beautiful home in Ventura Beach

Beautiful home steps from Ventura Beach and very close to downtown. Fully updated kitchen and 3 bathrooms were a big plus. Large driveway to park cars. Loved the decor and all of the board games.

Great house!

This house was super nice. The location was amazing, it was so spacious and comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay. My only complaint was some cobwebs in the corners in a few spots, but it wasn’t a big deal and I’d still stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great getaway!

This was a perfect property for our family getaway. Easy walk to the beach, a great dining table for eating and late night board games, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for our group of five. The house had everything we needed and we also loved being so close to the grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house in perfect location

We stayed for four nights at the Pierpont Bay house with four adults and 2 children. The house was beautiful, and clearly has been newly renovated. The six of us fit comfortably and there was more than enough space to relax and unwind in the common areas. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious and we enjoyed cooking dinners and hanging out around the large island. The backyard and landscaping is beautiful and we also loved relaxing on the deck as well. The best thing about this house is the location - literally steps away from the beach. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning! The only negative comment I have is that the shower in one of the bathrooms was broken and couldn’t be used. I’d imagine this can easily be fixed for the next guest. With 3 full bathrooms, it wasn’t really an issue for us.

Beautiful home in an ideal location

This home surely must have been recently built or completely updated. The home was comfortable and light and bright and within 4 houses from a beach access. Overall it was a lovely location to spend a month in winter 2022!

Christmas Long Weekend

The website description and photos are accurate and the home is nicely appointed. There are 3 beautiful bathrooms and 3 bedrooms so it was very spacious and comfortable for a couple and two single people. The location is a couple of properties from the sandy and rocky beach. Even in the rainy time of year we had some beautiful clear skies and pretty beach walking.

Wish I could buy it!

Lovely home nicely decorated. Has all the bells and whistles for cooking and relaxing. (could use a hot tub!) Everything was immaculate and nothing had to be done. You can tell the owners take real pride in this lovely home. Come on! 80 steps to the sand!!! You can't beat that!!! This was our second visit to this home. Hope for a third next year.
