“First I would like to say the hosts are fantastic and very quick to respond to your needs. Room was clean and well supplied with necessities. Like the yard with fruit trees and flowers. Perfect for what we needed. Would stay again.”

“It was a beautiful, private space. The location close to so much. The owner communication was great-very comprehensive and always very timely. I loved that the room included a book with lots of information and suggestions. The Amenities were amazing - bicycles with locks, kayaks with a cart and instructions, cold drinks, washer/dryer, etc. My only frustration was that the listing did not mention more clearly that it was on the second floor.”

“We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A/C worked great, we slept comfortably. There isnt a dishwasher, but it has everything needed to cook whatever you want.”

“This room was comfortable for myself and my two children 9 and 7. The beds were comfortable and new. The sheets didn’t stay on the mattresses very well though. The dresser and nightstand had more than adequate storage space for clothes for a week. Mugs, cups and silverware were available and a large refrigerator. The location was easy to access beaches and stores nearby. The tiki bar is delicious and we tried several food items and they were great. The service was fairly slow whether it was busy...

“Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that.”

“The 1920's Cottage was absolutely a wonderful stay with beautiful gardens and wildlife and very tranquil and very accessible to other places. We enjoyed Lido beach north and Sarasota downtown and took a drive within an hour to Saint Petersburg a very trendy and beautiful city. Our host Nigel was very kind and accommodating.”

“Everything inside the unit seemed like the cheapest furniture out there, hot water ran out quick. But it was very close to siesta key, only about 10 minute drive. Lots of places to eat near there and seemed very secure. Lots of parking space. Overall good experience. ”
