“Condo was perfect for girls weekend. Property was perfect with pool and hot tub by the bay and short walk to ocean. Free lounge chairs at the beach and can rent umbrellas. Very relaxing get away.”

“We had a great time at Chris's place. The home was neat as a pin and the beds were very comfortable. There were tons of nice towels. ( but no beach towels... so bring those) There was a very slight musty odor that dissipated after a bit. Pool was warm (heated nicely) and there were plenty of lounge chairs to be used. There was a guy to drag your chair down to a place you desired on the beach (complementary) and would set up an umbrella for 20 bucks... Good deal. Furniture was all in great shape...

“Wonderful location to be on the beach. From our room we had a beautiful sunset view over the gulf from the lanai. We literally went out of the tower and walked on the beach. Great atmosphere. We also enjoyed using the pickleball/tennis courts.”

“Perfect!!! The only drawback was the 2 queen beds. If you share with someone you sank to the middle, but alone it was fine. That was our only issue, everything else was great. Lynn goes above and beyond as a hostess for her property. It is so great with all the extras she provides. Only hope it is available for our next trip.”

“The condo was wonderful and the location was great. It was located on the south end of Siesta key, across from Capt Curt's Village. The condo was on the gulf side with plenty of amenities. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. It was nice to be steps from the beach and have your own section of paradise ! The condo was clean and well furnished and provided everything a person may want. I look forward to visiting again !”

“Arrived late at night. No issues getting onto property. Unit was clean and kitchen plates / silverware / pots and pans were all available. Weather was great the week we were here. First unit by the pool. Coffee in the morning on the pool deck watching the boats go by. If we weren't on the beach we were at the pool. Very relaxing. Nightly dinners in the village with live music. Very fun. We will definitely be back.”

“La estadía del apartamento estuvo excelente muy buenas condiciones , la limpieza excelente . Solo que a la hora de salir escuché una mujer decir por un radio que revisaran todo el apartamento porque nos podíamos llevar algo ! Rente esta propiedad para pasar una noche con mis hijos y mi familia ambos quedamos así como que dijo waoooo pagamos esta propiedad para escuchar esto de nosotros estuvo feo esto , me sentí mal que esta persona se refiriera a nosotros así nos hemos quedado en apartamentos...
