“Will never book a Quality Inn room again. Reserved room thru 3rd party, payment went thru just fine. Had a 16’ Penske truck and parked in front of office to check in. Was told to move truck out in dirt area. Said ok but needed to check in first bcuz I’m not carrying all my luggage across dirt lot. Was told no that we had to move truck first so she could see truck was moved. That’s just stupid! Made no sense but brought all stuff inside office then moved truck. I asked why and was sarcastically……

“The location with Central… But… The elevator stopped working with me in it for a few minutes… And the television didn’t have any instructions on how to use the controller… I couldn’t get it to work. I asked the desk to send someone up… And after five minutes, he said oh you only get the upper channels. I think that was somewhere between 10 and 15 channels no possibility of Netflix or any movie channel… Or streaming… Oh well.”

“I’ve stayed here more than 8 months in this hotel and never had a problem. The other day I booked a couple of days and I got a non smoking room like usual and it was conjoined with a smoking room. The dude in the other room was smoking like a train and all the smoke kept coming in my room and giving me headaches. Went to staff to get my room changed and they said I’d have to wait till morning. Checked out and booked a different hotel. The lady who runs the desk is amazing and so kind,”

“We needed to book a room at this hotel at the last minute. The cleanliness was disappointing. The room was completely wet, so we spoke with the staff and requested another room. The hotel staff promised a room change, but it never happened during our three-day stay. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, and the steam makes the room even more humid. The bath towels were poor quality. There was a lot of noise in the breakfast area, but the breakfast itself was good.”
