HAS BEDBUGS. The staff knows it. They offered to spray the bed and let me sleep on the bedbug spray. It took hours for them to agree to give me a new room. Walked into the room... Immediately smelled the bug spray (petroleum smell) Looked at the bedding which was dirty, and had a brown stain and pubic hairs.
Basically, there was ZERO help from the staff or hotel. The front desk agent gave me a management card with a phone number that just rang back to the front desk, and an invalid email address. No help.
Thank goodness I booked through Expedia, and they were able to get me a wonderful room, next door, at Hampton.
I will never stay in another Days Inn or Wyndham after this.
