Dispone de wi-fi gratuito, aire acondicionado, baño con ducha, aseo adicional. En una excelente posición, a 15 minutos a pie de la Arena y Castelvecchio, a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, a pocos minutos en autobús de la feria, en una zona segura y bien iluminada. La estación de tren está a pocos minutos a pie. En tren puede llegar en poco más de una hora: Venecia, Milán, Bolonia, Florencia, Padua, Mantua, Vicenza. Con el tren en tres horas llegas a Roma, en cinco horas a Nápoles. El aeropuerto de Verona está a 15 km y de la estación de tren. La lanzadera sale de la estación cada 20 minutos desde las 5 de la mañana hasta las 11:30 de la noche. Very good and convenient location and the apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and met us at the apartment. They also left us plenty of water and a bottle of wine. However, we wanted to mention a couple of points for future guests. The listing stated that the unit had air conditioning, but we only found a small A/C unit in the kitchen. She was very welcoming and helpful on arrival. The apartment has comfortable beds and a good shower as well as good windows and shutters to keep out street noise and light. The kitchen has everything you’d expect and has a small selection of oil and vinegar, S&p etc as well as washing essentials. It was warm whilst we were visiting and being from Scotland we didn’t find the air conditioning in the living area was sufficient cooling for us in the bedrooms as we aren’t used to heat. Others may be fine though. Don’t use Google maps to find the apartment as it takes you to the wrong block. Block 14 is the one to the south-west of the group. Access is via entry phone system at gates using buzzer with owner’s name. Cristina suggested we take the early train to Venice which we did and would thoroughly recommend. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, es ist alles da was man braucht, gut ausgestattet, liebevolleingerichtet, gute feste Matratzen. Jede hatte ihr eigenes Zimmer. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Verona und Gardasee. Anlage mit einigen Mehrfamilienhäusern ist komplett eingezäunt. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: wenn es warm ist, und die Fenster offen, ist es manchmal schon ziemlich laut. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. The building is very secure, which we appreciated, and very convenient to the train station. It sleeps 4 but as there were only 2 of us it was quite spacious. Very well situated being close to the main railway station and bus station it is only 1 mile to the main square Piazza Bra so easy access to town centre too. Christina the owner is very friendly and very helpful. She explained how every thing worked in the apartment and showed us where to find essentials such as the nearest supermarket. She had even bought in a few things for us, biscuits, yoghurts, etc. There is lots of useful tourist information provided in the apartment too- city maps, bus timetable, tourist guide and a few leaflets for things to see & do. ##### Andy E. Sunny and bright. Patio doors and windows for air flow. Curtains/shutters for privacy and quiet. Despite being 5 minutes from the train station, it was quiet. It was safe and secure. It had everything we needed—2 bedrooms, blankets, towels, dishes etc. Felt like a home. It was about 15 minutes to the town center once we got oriented.
