Quietly located in a small village in Livradois, 22 km from the Chalmazel ski resort, 40 km from the Praboure business park and 12 km from Ambert, architect-designed house of 180 m2 including 4 large bedrooms, a living room with double-sided fireplace, a television lounge area with a reversible sofa, a billiard room, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a pantry with a 2nd toilet. The whole allows for a dozen beds.
In fine weather, take full advantage of your meals on a very large terrace where you will be lulled by the song of the stream located below the cottage.

Cette maison est très agréable, au calme et proche des quelques commerces du village. Gra nde, bien équipée, meublée et décorée avec soin, elle a été appréciée par petits et grands. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse et son petit préau. Nous recommandons!
