"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "Very nice, clean apartment with a nice view of Lake Geneva. Convenient to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. Comfortable beds. Well stocked with kitchen essentials. The only thing is that as a 70 year old, I would have liked to have had a reference to all the stairs in the description. It was ok for the couple of days, but a longer stay would have been a bit difficult. Overall a wonderful location and very nice place.Thank you."
