Dated hotel with inferior Wi-Fi.
Very slow Wi-Fi, seemed like dial-up slow. Wi-Fi also constantly stopped working. It seemed like I could only stay online for 5 minutes at a time. I tried different locations throughout the hotel and had the same poor service. The hotel was o.k., but because of the inferior Wi-Fi I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Dated design, Excellent experience
Everything was very clean, nice staff, great location, overall really great. Furniture, decoration, plumbing were all 50 years old however my room had a great new shower. Once you get past the dated furniture and fixtures, it is a really great place. If you just need a place to stay that is clean and welcoming, this is definitely it.

Extremely clean but tired hotel. Room decor extremely old. Bathroom was spotless but dark and in need of updating. Rooms are a good size and airy. View of river from room was spectacular. Breakfast nice but basic.

Central for everything
I visited for an exhibition and chose the hotel for proximity and price (since i would be spending little time there. In fact the choice was ideal, the staff very friendly and I would recommend it as a base for exploring Viana.

Very pleasant hotel
Very pleasant hotel in the centre of the town near to the riverfront and the main street with many good cafes and restaurants. Staff helpful, room very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

Os funcionários do hotel são muito educados e simpáticos. Sempre fazem tudo para que você tenha uma estadia confortável. Eles inclusivem prepararam um pequeno almoço para que a gente pudesse levar no caminho para o aeroporto, já que iríamos sair do hotel as 5 da manhã. Quartos muito limpos. Muito bem localizado. Recomendo !

Do melhor!
Hotel com localização espetacular, serviço de atendimento do melhor que já vi e limpeza extrema. O pequeno almoço é que podia ser melhorado, mas, pelo preço não se pode exigir mais. Gostei e vou voltar.

excelent location - bathroom needs improvement
Localização excelente, pessoal de checkin amável e prestativo. Tem elevador, o que nos ajudou com as malas. Mas o quarto, apesar de espaçoso, é bem antigo. O banheiro tem apenas meia parede de vidro no box, fazendo com que fique em parte molhado após o banho. No mais, ótima localização e muitos restaurantes próximos.

Gutes hotel mit Blick in die Stadt. Netter Empfang - man konnte sich gut auf englisch unterhalten. Bad war et as alt aber sauber. Das Bett war gemütlich und generell war es sehr ruhig.

Waren 6 Tage im Hotel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Begrüßung war sehr nett, die Zimmer sind sauber und wir hatten einen tollen Blick Richtung Wasser.Das Frühstück war auch gut, die Lage zum Ort ist top - wir würden jederzeit dort wieder einchecken.

El hotel está al lado del puerto y es muy acogedor
Desde el momento en el que llegamos el personal del hotel fue muy amable con nosotros. Las instalaciones son antiguas pero están muy bien cuidadas. Es un lugar tranquilo y limpio.
