Friendly and helpful staff with good breakfast. Room was a bit humid and one of the sheets were stained but they changed it per our request. Pool seemed a bit too green in color and opaque which made me wonder how clean it was.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. I had two rooms and a bunch of teenagers. The staff was accommodating. They checked on us to see if we needed anything. The pool was open till 11. The noon check-out time was great. No complaints at all and I would stay there again.

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Great customer service. Only issue we had was elevator door poened very slow, but closed fast but was a little troubling. Sign was available assuring elevator was ok amd will be maintenanced Beds were comfortablentoo and restrooms were clean.

I stood at the Fairfield inn & suites in Victoria, Texas and I can say that it was a great stay. I will say aside from my one drawer that I opened one day and wouldn’t stay close was annoying but I found a way to temporarily fix it, my stay was nice the staff cleaned well, breakfast wasn’t the greatest but it was still nice, and you have the mall on one side of the hotel and a small shopping center on the other side and a couple convenient stores. If I come back I would stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. Just the bad carpet smell in the room was overwhelming. Or maybe the air-conditioning needs cleaning. But the people were awesome.

Property was clean and front foyer smelt good. Could tell right away that the facility was old upon walking into front door, but again it was very clean. Elevator had some issues and was operating very slowly. However, manager did have a sign posted that they were aware of the issue and a tech has been contacted. Room was clean. However, upon going to bed we were unable to close the curtain due to some of the curtain was missing. Therefore, a bright light shine in the room all night preventing sleep. Then there was a drawer on the dresser that refused to stay closed so we kept running into it when walking thru the room. The stay was short and served it's purpose but Management needs to look into doing some upgrades. Breakfast was done well and served timely.

Hotel staff were friendly and that was it! Rooms had a strong moth ball/senior home smell. Bath tub/shower combo was super small. The shower head was old and rusty and coming out of wall. Rust stains all over door frame, and shower rod. My sister got a room there as well and it was filthy. Fast food trash left in drawer from previous tenant, and there were literal bugs in her bed linings! She went to another hotel! Breakfast was a disappointment with runny scambled eggs and what looked liked 3 time frozen uncooked sausage patties. My wife and I stayed there 2 years and were nicely surprised for the price...but this place wasnt the same. Dont recommend for extended stay or if you dont just " need a bed".

Breakfast was ok.was here a couple of months ago pool was closed an it was stil closed then an now,the elevator was also down two months ago and still down the ac was ok,the only bright spot at this hotel was cleaning crew an Mrs.mary was very impressionable very nice other cleaning ladies also.wont return until elevator an pool are repaired.

Pool was green and cold. I chose the hotel for it javing an indoor pool for my granddaughters to enjoy. Elevator was out of order and plastic was blocki g hallway for rennovation i guess.

The check in was quick, Chelsea was great! We stayed in room 300. It had a corner view and the AC was good. The hotel is currently renovating, we didn’t mind. I have stayed her before and the breakfast was decent. They no longer have boiled eggs and fresh oatmeal. Other than that, we had a great stay!
