Great apartment, close to transport in to the city
We really did like this apartment and it's location, just a few things missing. No blinds on any of the windows, apartment opposite looked right into the loft bedroom and obviously no sleeping in once it was daylight. New pillows are needed as those provided were absolutely flat. Towels could do with some softener. Info for oven would be nice as would controls for a/c units. I would still rcommend this apartment if you want to stay a few minutes out of the old city. Public transport to take you anywhere within just a couple of minutes walking.

Vienna Stay
We enjoyed our stay in Vienna. This place was in a great, quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. Super close to public transportation and the flat had all we needed for our 4 night stay. Check in and out were also super easy. Recommend!

Vienna is such a wonderful city, our home was super comfortable, clean and plenty of space for friends traveling through Europe, the Tain station was fantastic, super fun and easy to get around if you are familiar with the train system, if you get lost, take the next train back, have a good laugh and keep enjoying Vienna, so much to see, we Loved our home, I felt I was living in Vienna, it gave a great sense of being a Tourist and a local at the same time, exactly what I was looking for. We ventured around and found wonderful Local Cafes. I would recommend and stay here again on my next visit to Vienna. Marguerite.

Good property
Great location near restaurants and food stores. Close to transportation into city centre. Owner responded immediately to a question we had. Quiet location overall, close to a main road so slight traffic noise in front bedroom during the day. Back bedroom very quiet.

Nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood
Check in was easy in that we were emailed all necessary information a week before arrival. We use VRBO type stays for sleep and catching up on laundry during extended trips. The downstairs bedoom was tight in that only one side of the bed had access to the floor. The upstairs loft bedroom had more space but I didn't want to go up and down stairs everytime I needed the bathroom in the night. One set of towels, and a pillow were on each bed. Had to dig a bit for an additional duvetTypical flat unsupportive pillows that apparently Europeans love be but Americans hate, no matter how many times you food them over. Found more, flat pillows and duvet in the wardrobe. Washing machine worked great and, as usual, there was a drying rack. We did not do any cooking but everything you might need seemed there except maybe sugar for the coffee. WiFi was good. It was a quick subway ride to the center of the city. Neighborhood was quite but small grocery stores and cafes in easy walking distance. There was also a good traditional Austrian restaurant plus the inevitable Irish pub a few blocks away. Though we never met our host in person, they were quick to respond via text message the few times we reached out to them. We would stay here again.

Nice building
The was a little outside the center which we expected but unfortunately the underground was closed for works for two weeks. But the tram and bus services were excellent and not far too. The flat itself was very clean very tidy and again if we came to Vienna we would come to this flat again.

This was perfect for our girls trip. It is located in a quiet area with about a 30 minute walk along the river to the city center. The place was very clean and just like in the photos!

Centrally located, with easy underground/walking access
Less than 5 mins walk from the underground, with all the amenities needed, supplied. Dieter sent a thorough email explaining entry and other details. This was a great place for 2 girlfriends to enjoy a catch up weekend. Nice and clean with freshly laundered bedding & towels. Lovely new bathroom. The apartment met our wishes, with only needing to eat breakfast there, although everything was available for other meal preparation. There are plenty of food shops within in a short walking distance, from supermarkets to a range of bakeries. Otherwise there are also local restaurants.

Location, Location, Location!
This apartment was in a perfect location to walk to Vienna city center or access it via metro (3 stops/short distance) with access to metro very close. Our transport from the airport to apartment provided us clear directions via metro. We were 2 Canadian retired couples (family) and did not mind sharing a bathroom. Dieter was very responsive to our inquiries and needs. The check in and out process was clear, concise and easy. Good value based on our experience. Great location of the apartment as it was on ground floor. Great location to get into central Vienna. Well secured building. Quiet and it gave us a feeling of being part of Vienna’s vibrant and elegant city. Thank you Dieter.

Great location. Easy access to all transportation. Everything was walking distance or a short train ride. Very clean, comfortable residence. It was very cold the week we were there, and the living room and loft were a little cool for us, but the other rooms were great.

Beyond expectations
So easy to get to by metro. Came by train from Munich. Apartment was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood is beautiful and we could walk within 5-10 minutes to many restaurants and cafes. Wi-Fi was excellent. Only suggestion is to put a retractable shade on the very top windows for night privacy when in the loft. Overall, we give Dieter and his apartment a 10+. If we come back to Vienna, we will stay here again.

Great apartment, great location!
My daughter and I stayed at this apartment, and we loved it! Very clean, modern apartment in a beautiful old building. Great neighborhood, very close to a grocery store, great restaurants, a subway stop, and also a streetcar. We easily got to all the sights we wanted to see in no more than 15-20 minutes. Dieter was also a great, very responsive host. If we’re ever back in Vienna, we’d love to stay here again!

Lovely location for enjoying Vienna
We loved being so close to the A4 which took us everywhere we wanted to go. Getting from the train station and to the airport was so easy via public transport. The condo was just as pictured and clean. Communication was quick and helpful. A great place to stay!
