I absolutely loved Zola Hotel! The lobby and room were beautiful, and I found my stay to be really cozy and comfortable.

Very hip and unique hotel. The breakfast bags were great, but earliest delivery was 7:30, late if you need to be somewhere at 8:00.

Very Very Very good hotel
We cannot say a bad word. From the moment we arrived the building looked great, the hall and reception stunning and the room was lovely. We actually had the most 'economical' room but it was stunning. Very comfy bed, excellent value minbar and good sized bathroom with great shower (that's important for me). 5 min walk to the metro and you are in the centre in another 5 mins. The restaurant as part of the hotel is fantastic for dinner. Great food and drinks. On top of everything the service was flawless. Every single member of staff was approachable and helpful. It felt like you could ask for anything. Fantastic. If we return to Vienna this will be the top of our list to stay.

The design and cleanliness of the hotel was very good. My husband and I stayed for the holiday and we loved its design. It was a clean, comfortable hotel where you could stay comfortably. However, the reception service was very poor. We had a hard time finding someone at the reception during the day, we usually had to wait 15-20 minutes. In terms of location, it is a little far from the center and public transportation.

Lovely premises
The hotel is still new, with a lovely design and feel. Staff is very friendly & helpful. It's located in a more residential district and breakfast is offered complimentary at a sister property.
