Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom with WC. Wifi included, we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises :
- A 15 m² living room with TV, dining area and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside:
- A 5 m² balcony with south-west exposure and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one vehicle).
