“Room was supposed to be non-smoking but it was obvious that several people had smoked there. Fortunately the staff was very helpful and provided me with a neutralizing spray that did a good job. It took me about five minutes to spray the curtains, floors, beds, bathroom, chair and walls.”

“Requested connecting rooms through the app. Hotel directly to confirm request. When we arrived on site to check in rooms were not connecting. Staff initially attempted to lie to me and told me the rooms were connecting when they clearly would be on opposite side of the hallway. “I took my 15 year old son and four of his buddies for a two night getaway. The property was beautiful and the spacious open layout of the house was perfect for the six of us. “Overall we liked the property, courteous staff and clean rooms. What we didn't like is that the bed had a crunchy plastic type mattress protector on it which both my husband and I sweat from during the night so we didn't get the best night's sleep. That's our only complaint. We haven't experienced this before at other Fairfield's or at other hotels so thought it was odd.
