I liked that they had parking. I didn’t appreciate how the front desk employees were not customer friendly. There were lots of signs telling you what you can’t do, but nothing welcoming. Our very first interaction with the front desk was so offensive we considered looking for another place to stay.

The room was pretty big and the location is perfect. The staff are accomodating and friendly. The only BUT is you can def hear your neighbors. We stayed 3 nights and all those night we end up sleeping very late because the next door was veryyy loud.

Very good place to stay. 4* due to the bed comfort. Old mattresses were very uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise everything was great. Complimentary breakfast was excellent comparing to other hotels we have stayed at that offer complimentary breakfast. Cooked daily, ingredients were fresh with hot grits and oatmeal. Just the complimentary breakfast worth the stay vs other properties. Great Job!

This property is in such a convenient location to almost everything in virginia Beach . Checkin is a like a breeze . All staffs are incredibly good and cooperative. Recommended for everyone . Breakfast has a lot of varieties and menu changes everyday which is good . Kudos to all staff’s !!

Very nice establishment. Great breakfast included every morning. Friendly staff and they even helped us out with an early check in by calling the day before and letting them know. Amazing ocean views right on the strip. Family friendly.
