I had issues with one particular person on the staff. When we checked in 4 hours after check in started (7pm) we were told there were no clean rooms yet, come back in an hour. So we went to dinner and came back exactly an hour later and were informed there were no rooms at all for us they wanted to put us in a smaller room and would only give us one roll out, which did not work for me because of the number of people I had. The girl told me just have your kids all share a bed, but I had brought my small kid, my teenage daughter and her boyfriend so obviously that wasn’t going to happen. She was extremely rude but finally after about 20 minutes of arguing gave me a suite with a pull out couch and told me they would give me a roll away. It was about 9pm when we got into the room. At 10 I went to ask for the roll away and she snapped at me that she would get it when she had time. So I went back to my room and waited until midnight and they never brought it. Needles to say this person continued to be rude our entire stay while every single other staff member was so extremely nice. After our trip I contacted the manager to let him know what was going on and he was very concerned and explained to me what he was going to do to fix this situation and he made it right. Hopefully he took care of the issue because we would like to stay here again. The property was nice and clean and it is conveniently located next to everything but across the street from all the noise so still quiet.

The p[roperty called me the day of my reservation to tell me they didnt have the room I reserved and could offer me a double room instead. When I said that was unacceptable for my party of 4, I was then offered a double room and a king room. When I got to up to the rooms, they are both double and the TV in one of them is broken. The facility was dirty and the lobby and dinning room where uncomfortable with no AC. The halls were dirty and smelly.

Upon check in we were informed that the air conditioning in the lobby and dining area dud not work and that several 'noisy' fans were urilized to move air and the manager was ysing a couple of window air conditioners try to provide some heat relief??? In the room there was a area on the ceiling where the popcorn paint was peeling and hanging down. The bathroom sink was cracked and when taking a shower a big puddle formed outside the shower due to leakage. The recliner chair in the room was broken with the handle laying on the floor next to the chair.

My pull out couch was filthy with dirty/used sheets. I requested to have them changed and was informed it could not be done, as house keeping as to be requested at a certain time. The air conditioner in the lobby was broken.

The staff was great, my room was smelly the bathroom and bathtub filthy, air conditioner kept going in and out. And then they had the nerve to knock on my door at 11:05 as I was gathering my stuff and waited at the door until I left. Then when I left I saw 2 new charges on my card. Otherwise… 1- Elevators had guests including self stuck between floors on 4 occasion 2- lobby was a sauna - NO AIR - staff tried to make work but NO AVAIL… 3- could NOT SIT AND ENJOY LITE BREAKFAST IN LOBBY ..too HOT IN LOBBY 4- rooms were NOT completely stocked..had to come get tissue (half roll when came in) and two rags for both rooms (703/5) 5- Yellow chair broken in 705..made manager aware soon went to inventory room upon arrival ****PARKING POLICY UNFAIR TO GUESTS My guests (#705) arrived in two separate cars and one couldn’t get a parking pass due to policy… If manager (who was excellent) applied my veterans status and since I booked 3 rooms…manage to work something out…. But policy should be revised to support in documents about vehicles and parking passes on websites and followed up on BEFORE allowing booking… Since you don’t have the space… Create a 3rd party agreement with Chicho’s pizza restaurant to establish an entertainment (Kareoke, ???) once a weekend.. This will help promote a venue for your customers that is convenient safe and family fun. We went to kareoke there on Sunday and we HAD A BALL WITH A FEW OTHER GUESTS FROM HOTEL THAT WE TOLD ABOUT….WE ALL WALKED BACK (1/2 block) back to hotel and it raised your customer service ratings immensely… SPECIAL STANDING OVATIONS TO FRONT DESK STAFF, BILL (maintenance) *being there is NO entertainment after beach hours will improve all around goals for business Thank you

This is the first hotel that we had to pay for parking. We were unable to take advantage of the breakfast because the AC in the lobby area either was not working or was not on. When we checked in the staff had fans on at the front desk and by the time we checked out, it was still suffocating in the lobby area. Would likely not return to this property.
