My husband and I came here for his birthday. Overall the stay was very good. The room we stayed in was a king with an ocean view. The bed was not comfortable at all it was very firm and the A/C would not get below 71 degrees in the room. The pool water was also very cloudy. We would come back but for the price of the rooms and the resort fees we just expected more.

This has the potential to be a great hotel, but certain things are definitely lacking. The front desk rarely answers when you call. I had to call three times and wait an entire day to get a mattress pad for the otherwise very uncomfortable pull-out bed. Every time we ate at Tulu, something was wrong with the order. We were also incorrectly charged $165 for another restaurant, thankfully they resolved that. They should consider adult-only hours at at least the outdoor pool because it makes it impossible to relax with children screaming and jumping constantly. That said, the hotel is clean and the staff, the when you can actually find them, are pleasant.

This was our third time coming here. We love this place. The location is great, location at the end of the boardwalk. Shred property with the Cavalier Hotel as well as Embassy Suites. So you definitely have food as well as pool and beach options. This time around it felt they were definitely nickel and diming on things. We were charged $20 to ride the bikes that used to be complimentary. We were charge for beach lounge chairs and umbrellas. As well as being charged a daily resort fee. We were told you only get complimentary beach upright chairs! Look if you’re going to charge a resort fee, then just charge a proper one and include everything. Other than that I love this place.
