“I loved the location! It was exactly what we needed for a short but lovely stay in Venlo. The bartender Nikki is the best! She and I had the most lovely chat. She is very welcoming! ”

“I stayed in this hotel couple times and this time really pissed us off. The cleaners went to the room and didn’t finish the job and didn’t take the trash away. We ordered taxis and non of them arrived and the taxis they called for same trip could cost from 15-35 Euro difference. 😡 the front desk can’t answer simple questions and they don’t even apologize for not ordering taxis for us. We will Never stay in this hotel again! ”

“Stayed at this place for 3 days and honestly the first day i arrived was horrible, no charger no pin to change my simcard, but the staff were so kind to help me out with what i needed. Honestly this is the place to be if you are staying around deurne, will be back definitely at this place in the near future.”

“房間雖然很小 可是舒適度很棒! 不過沒有電梯 剛好我們的行李很重 只能麻煩服務生幫忙我們搬上房間 WIFI速度很迅速 離車站也不遠 值得推薦!”

“離交流道很近， 餐廳早餐可以， 環境安靜 但房間設施 完全不能與其他四星級飯店相比 每日房間打掃 有掃等於沒掃，垃圾沒有整理過， 廁所 並不是很乾淨。 打掃只是 床鋪好，其他一率沒有 清潔。 ”
