Not enough to go aroundPosted Aug 30, 2017
Overall the experience was good. But we booked a room for 5 with a"full" kitchen. There were only 2 forks, a couple pots and pans, no measuring cups, and other things missing. I had to go out and buy plactic utensils. We did not talk to the front desk. Every time I went down there was either no one there or a huge line. Didn't think it was worth my time.

Found roches in the restroom. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to any of my family members. And ants all over my trash can

ParkingPosted Aug 24, 2017
Pros: The staff were friendly, even when taking money you shouldn't have had to pay.
Cons: I am unsure if they could speed up the rooms being ready, unless they hire an appropriate number of staff.
Location: Not close to much. In the heart of Honolulu, but not close enough to popular sites.
I didn't mind the location of the hotel, but they are a further walk to the ocean than I would have thought. Also, they sprung a surprise fee on me for parking. There was no mention of a fee, as a matter of fact, they had told some locals to take their car to another lot, as this lot was only for guests (although they were guests) and it was marked such. He had told the other people that they could pay a small fee at another lot. They had saved a site for us, there was no signs stating that parking had a fee, and there were only a handful of sites; approx. 14. It wasn't until we checked out that they asked for payment. We could have simply left the keys for the room when we checked out of the room. The rooms themselves were satisfactory, but check in was met at approx. 3pm with everyone waiting for a room to be ready. I was very disappointed that I had to leave the hotel with a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, and I will be back in Hawaii and I will not be staying at this location.

Not so 4 1/2 starsPosted Aug 17, 2017
Couch Bed springs broken , window nubs broken, kitchen hardly work. Table and chair set outdated, courtesy telephone ☎️ not working. I say to you that hotel stay was disappointing a number 2.

Stay away, what you see is not what you getPosted Aug 12, 2017
Pros: Well located
Cons: Improve cleanliness, renovations have to be done
Location: Easy to walk around, near the International market ans beach.
Beware of the publicity of this hotel, it is not up to par, the rooms are obsolete, stained and dirty carpet, noisy and dusty air conditioner.

Hotel close to most requirementsPosted Aug 8, 2017
Pros: good location
Cons: a regular inspection for bed bugs
Location: close to all points of interest
Hotel is well located , central to main activities and shops, good size rooms. we realised on the second day there that the bed was crawling with bed bugs, told reception and showed them the bites all over our bodies, they offered to shift us to a different room , we declined as we were not sure we would be any better off, eg, the new room could have been just as bad and by that stage we were already bitten all over . suggested to management to drop a control bomb in the room to deal with the infestation but it didn't happen , they sort of shrugged it off as an everyday occurrence and didn't seem to care about it at all' an ideal location to stay at but I wont be going back there again . they never even offered a room rate reduction for the trouble encountered or the cost of getting my cases and clothes fumigated on return to Australia.
