“Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). “Our room was very hot the first night. The air condition is not controlled in the room but rather generally by the staff. So you have no control over the a/c. It is a historic building. This being said the rooms are small and the street noise is incredibly loud. It felt like there was drag racing outside our room in the street all night. Literally could not sleep with all the noise outside.”

“Unfortunately, this property did not live up to expectations. The room was nice but there were too many surfaces that weren’t cleaned prior to check in. The bathroom sink was barely wiped. Desk and nightstands had a dusty film and the carpet was musty. The towels were the hardest I’ve ever experienced at ANY hotel. Hotel restaurant had very few options and the staff seemed to not want to be there. It took over 20 minutes to get coffee. It was self serve, I had to wait to pay. Real unimpressed……

“We booked 3 of the exact same rooms at this property for $280/night and when we check-in, they told us one of the room can only accommodate 2 instead of 3 people so we need to make it work among ourselves because there is nothing they can do. After we went up to our rooms, 2 of them had wet carpet and cleaning supplies still in them. We had to wait another 20-30 min for them to finish up everything but our feet got wet from the wet carpet. They just said it will dry eventually. Later at……
