“Unfortunately, this property did not live up to expectations. The room was nice but there were too many surfaces that weren’t cleaned prior to check in. The bathroom sink was barely wiped. Desk and nightstands had a dusty film and the carpet was musty. The towels were the hardest I’ve ever experienced at ANY hotel. Hotel restaurant had very few options and the staff seemed to not want to be there. It took over 20 minutes to get coffee. It was self serve, I had to wait to pay. Real unimpressed……

“Our room was very hot the first night. The air condition is not controlled in the room but rather generally by the staff. So you have no control over the a/c. It is a historic building. This being said the rooms are small and the street noise is incredibly loud. It felt like there was drag racing outside our room in the street all night. Literally could not sleep with all the noise outside.”

“Liked that it was in walking distance to the stadium and could leave our car in parking until 4. ”

“Clean room, comfy beds, solid breakfast options. Hot tub was nice and pool was warm. Busy place but well run. Location was convenient to many activities.”

“We were traveling with our daughter and grandchild and spent four nights at the hotel on a sight-seeing vacation. We loved the inviting Bistro. The food, staff and physical set up were excellent. We also liked the comfortable ambience of the hotel in general. The location was great, easy access to sites both urban and suburban. We'd like to come back!”

“We booked 3 of the exact same rooms at this property for $280/night and when we check-in, they told us one of the room can only accommodate 2 instead of 3 people so we need to make it work among ourselves because there is nothing they can do. After we went up to our rooms, 2 of them had wet carpet and cleaning supplies still in them. We had to wait another 20-30 min for them to finish up everything but our feet got wet from the wet carpet. They just said it will dry eventually. Later at……

“Room size is a bit small and it is not cleaned properly. Quite dusty on some tables and in the washroom.”
