“This may have been the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. And addition to being clean, it was in good shape--no bashed doorways or worn carpeting. Everything seemed nearly new.”

“We recently stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options to start the day. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again.”

“No humans weird but it worked because we had no issues, no questions but if we did we would of been in trouble or even not had a place to sleep for that reason I would not take a chance again otherwise place was clean and comfy. Also leeft to get room cleaned and new towels either didn't happen”

“Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The parking lot had multiple people loitering around who appeared to be homeless, and finding an actual parking spot for hotel guests was a challenge. Walking into the lobby, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. Unfortunately, it only got worse in the elevator. It smelled like a hotbox, and there were dirty handprints all over the walls. Our room felt neglected. The blackout curtains were broken……

“Quite the interesting place. We were there on a Monday after a race weekend at the nearby RoadAmerica racetrack. Several shops and restaurants were closed until Tuesday. But what was open was good. We stayed in the historic old hotel building. The room was quiet small but considering the hotel age it was nice and clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed sitting at the small private beach.”

“We came for a disc golf tournament in West Bend. This was the least expensive option. All we really needed was a good bed and shower, a microwave and a fridge. This motel has all of those things, so perhaps I should have given a higher rating. The rooms was fine and spacious. The bathroom was terribly dated with ripped wallpaper, old tile that was possibly as old as I am (60s). The fan, half off the wall, was loud and connected to the main light switch, so no avoiding using it. The sink's……
