“Came fro my 60th bday celebration - i the rooms are excellent and very clean the only draw back is the lighting is terrible! Its hard to see to get ready for an evening out. We made reservations at Bridgeman's (it's what I asked from my husband for my 60th bday) We live in Dallas so this is where he took me... the food was over an hour before ANYTHING got to us, the ticket order supposedly was lost, nobody ever said a thing until they brought a "complimentary shrimp cocktail. Then took about……

“The vibe of this place was really cool. Bartender Jonathan was awesome too. They have a rotating signature drink menu that fits the hotel or bar theme. Its really a unique stay. The breakfast is good and the dinning area is beautiful. Something definitely out of the usual stop through the South. The Hotel is 100+ years old but doesnt show the wear of the old historic look other building do. We will certainly be back.”

“Great location. The hotel is an old-school style hotel that is well maintained. The rooms are basic, but clean. I did not use the pool area. The bar area is a nice touch for the evenings. They are going for a retro vibe, and do a good job pulling it off. It will remind you of the hotels/motels of the 1970’s/80’s because that is what it is. A great no-frills, clean, affordable option with a convenient downtown location. The staff was friendly and helpful to me. I would stay there again.”
