“We have stayed at this property several times over the last 5 years and in our two stays this month we noticed a decline in amenities. The rates are higher but the services are lower. The staff is nice and the property is clean.”

“I arrived at check-in at 4 PM and went up to my room, the room number was 200, it was located right at the exit, I went back to the front desk and the black woman that had checked me in. I had asked her if I could please be moved that I didn’t want to be next to the exit because all the smokers would use that door going out at night smoking, she told me that has never been a problem there and that was not a reason to change rooms . There were literally two cars in the parking lot so I know there……
