Front desk guy does it all! We'll leave the desk unattended to go and do room service for however many guests this three floor hotel has.

Called Expedia late into the night as we decided to find a room after midnight while traveling. Assured we had a room here and headed the 30 minutes away to check in. Upon arrival the unfriendly desk associate told me I had no reservation and should have checked in at 3pm like they suggest. I had informed him I called Expedia because it was so late and was assured I had a reservation and I even paid for the room. This man refused to help me, even after I called Expedia in his presence. At 2am I walked next door to another hotel with a similar name and was able to secure a room. At 2am, I was exhausted and extremely unhappy with this hotel staff and Expedia staff. I will not use this site nor this hotel ever again.

The hotel has ratty towels. It has no food. It is supposed to be a suite, but they don't even provide a sponge and liquid dish soap. The staff is very nice, and try their best with a low quality property.

problems we faced: slow check-in, room #327 smells curry, A/C setting not working, lampshades bent, closet doors broken, sanitary cover lose, noisy refrigerator, noisy and dirty hallways, dirty dishes in dish washer. No coffee cups in breakfast (were supplied 10 min after claim). The whole place seems understaffed

Most horrible hotel experience

Room appeared not ready or fit for use...thermostat broken, phone not working, a/c too loud, room above had high school sports team partying despite repeated complaints. Was told I'd be moved but didn't happen. Manager never available and staff claimed inability to act.
