“The decor was cute and the Roku TV, designated parking, and A/C was a great touch! However, the bathroom was a nightmare plus I feel like they should really have a mattress protector. A deep clean in the shower and bathroom is overdue. There were body hair trimmings all over the sink and a mold/staining all over the shower’s floor, grout, and walls.”

Upon checking in we noticed a puddle of water in the bedroom coming from a leaking air conditioner. We called the host & they answered the phone immediately. They contacted maintenance to fix the issue. The place was fairly clean but the floors should have been swept better, especially in the corners. “Everything was clean when I checked in no stains on the sheets, no trash on the ground,no marks no nothing. Parking was great. I love how there are a lot of shops nearby, when I forgot something I could either drive (5-10min) or walk (3-20min). I most definitely book this place again”

“Cozy Koenig was just the right size for two travelers. It was easy to find and the communication from the owner was easy and clear. The house was clean and easy to access. There is a lot to do in Cincinnati and this is centrally located to major sporting venues and events. Our destination was Jungle Jim’s International Market which was fantastic but be prepared to spend some time there. I would highly recommend this property and when returning to Cincinnati I would search for Cozy Koenig first!……

“Easy to get to. Cozy place. Plenty to do in the area. Close to downtown Cincinnati. We had a bit of hiccup with the room when we first got there, but Jeff took care of it asap. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again.”
