“Our room was clean and had all amenities we needed. The A/C in the room was on when we arrived I turned it to a lower temp that we were comfortable with. When I was finished with my shower the room was at the lower temperature. The staff that we came in touch with were amazing. Kind and friendly and always willing to help in any way.”

“My complaint was some of the things I expected weren’t in the kitchen. Only a few dishes for example, no dish cloth to wash the dishes. The toilet seat was broken. Shampoo, but no body was in the dispensers. Only on hook in the bathroom. I love the concept of this suite but poorly executed.”

“Overall clean but there’s sand in the couch… not properly vacuumed. Breakfast is great! Staff is friendly.”

“The staff was excellent! They were some of the best we have ever dealt with. The room was good, not great and there were some areas that needed cleaning that we did ourselves, the bed was aweful. It had a dip in the middle and my wife and I both felt as though we never got a good night sleep. The kitchen seemed to have all a person needednif tou were inclined to eat in, which we didn't. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever encountered as well, with lots of options every morning. I just……

“Don't waste your money. Parking is an additional $16 bucks. Rooms not great. Staff not helpful. You could stay at the Hampton for better service and cleaner rooms. Not impressed. If you do want a Homewood Suites , book the one in Mount Pleasant SC.”
