This basement 1-bedroom, full apartment is attached to a corner row house with its own entrance through the back patio. Full kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and electric kettle. Table for meals as well as a separate desk for a dedicated workspace. Washing machine and dryer in unit. TV w/ Roku. WiFi throughout. Bedroom has brand new Tuft and Needle queen size mattress with small closet for hanging clothes. Living room couch is a queen size pull out bed.
We have a strict no parties or events policy. There is no parking with the reservations but we can recommend paid parking options nearby. We also don’t allow pets or smoking in the unit or on the attached patio.We live upstairs with one young child, and one of us works from home. You are very likely to hear some footsteps and water running. Our neighborhood is generally quiet in the evenings, but there are always exceptions in any urban environment. We do not anticipate any noise being disruptive to your stay, but there is a white noise machine in the bedroom just in case! Early check-in, late check-out may be possible for $50 each. Luggage storage may also be possible for $20.
