No staff on premises totally automated-code to get into hotel and rooms. Same per breakfast facilities help yourself, bottle waters included. Only issue if you have a lot of bags no elevator only stairs and a lot of them…so pack lite. Hotel easy access to subway which I’d recommend Dupoint circle. You can get train from Regan airport for $4 vs Uber $40. Good local restaurants and access to tourist attractions- White House etc. I’ll stay there again.

Check in was seamless and the host was communicative throughout my stay. This location is down the block from a metro station so that helped with getting around. Highly recommend professionals (or tourists) stay here!

Property was very nice and clean. Only down fall was the sat night around 11 way into 5 a.m. there were ppl running up and down the stairs and punching the codes in our door trying to get into our room. They were smoking and set off the alarm. Hall ways smelled lot pot. We didn’t rest at all.
