Multiple requests (starting at 8:30 PM) for a pillow, blanket, and additional towels were ignored, and nothing was delivered. When my husband approached the front desk in person, the same dismissive and unhelpful attitude continued. At a minimum, a hotel should provide basic essentials such as a prepared bed, sufficient towels, and proper bedding. Unfortunately, these standards were not met. We were unable to rest and chose to leave after one night. To be fair, the following morning Nick and Michael were professional, acknowledged the situation, and apologized. We also received confirmation of a refund, which we appreciate. However, when a stay is so dependent on the conduct of a single staff member, it raises concerns about overall service standards. i highly recommend considering other options in the area."
