"We were given the excuse that management had just changed over. Had to go to the front desk several times, which was never attended. I had called from the room but nobody answered. Even after ringing the bell, took quite a while for someone to show up. One visit to the desk was because we ran out of tp and were only there 1 night. There was no extra roll in the room. Another was because TV didn't work, just fuzz. Given a vague explanation of how it worked but were only able to get one channel to...

"I like the fact that it was pet friendly, able to keep my chocolate lab with me in my room. We both slept well."

"Enjoyed the stay but there are some issues: Staircase leading to apartment is treacherous including unevenly spaced stair rises. Courtyard by front door does not drain rainwater sufficiently during downpour resulting in one having to cross 2" deep moat to access the apartment. I would expect to stay there again hoping they would address these issues. Excellent location on Black river well lit at night though it would be advantageous to turn off the outside lights at night. All lighting inside...

"The apartment met all our functional needs, but better seating options would make a huge difference. The sheets and beds were fantastic, and the office space was very useful. In true apartment fashion, the neighbors were on a completely different sleep schedule then us, staying up until the very early hours on the weekends. During the week though, everything seemed to even out. "

"A Thursday night I called them on the way and told them that I would be coming after 8pm. And they askey me place an order for food as the kitchen will closing. I loved it, it was ready when I arrived! Fantastic And the room was great. Plus coffee was ready at 7am in the hallway. Great prices. All good 5* Thanks!"
