"I got to Cabin 9 around 9pm after a long drive on icy roads on a 15 degree evening. When I opened the door to the cabin I was surprised to find it freezing cold inside, but I followed the directions to turn on the single small wall-mounted heater. My family and I spent about an hour in our coats in the sauna waiting for warm air to happen, and repeatedly reaching out to property management. The warm air never happened.
