"The property and staff were absolutely amazing!!! Easily this is the best property I have ever stayed at and the customer service is the beat I've ever experienced. My children loved the property and our room. We stayed in the Coral Suite Twin room which was massive. It came with Japanese pajamas, and keepsake flip flops and tote bag. "The property was nice. The pictures of the property make it look like it is a beach front property, but that is not the case. You can walk to the beach, but note that the hotel does not provide any beach amenities, i.e., beach chairs or umbrella. The hotel pools are very nice. "Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff"
