Great Location and Value

Great location and excellent communication! The rental was generally clean and comfortable, making for an enjoyable stay. Being so close to shops and restaurants was a huge plus, though it did get a little noisy at night—but that’s to be expected in such a vibrant area. While the space could use a bit of updating, it was still quite comfortable. Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action!

Fantastic

This is the best VRBO in WPB!! Unbelievable location…. We walked to the beach each morning in Palm Beach, We walked to the public pier and hopped on a boat, Publix is 2 minutes away!!! there were so many great restaurants minutes away…. Spacious kitchen, lots of privacy, right smack in the center of all of the exciting town! Had a fantastic time!Thank you so much!!!

Great Location to Convention Center!!

The property was very clean and homily. The best part was the central location and walking distance to many restaurants, shops, grocery store, the convention center and more. Highly recommended.

Good location.

The location is very nice. I grew up in the area and it was like home. There seems to be fewer shops available for browsing or just walking around There is a lot of construction. It's like the area is trying to evolve into something else.

PBA Graduation stay

The location of the property really can’t be beat. The property is a bit dated. The sofas in the main living area really need to be replaced. One is stained and the seat part is really broken down. There is no bathroom on the primary living floor so if you are traveling with someone who has trouble navigating stairs, it can prove challenging. Location to restaurants and Publix is great. There was little natural light in the property due to the windows being dirty and several of the blinds wouldn’t open.

Perfect Spot for Us

We had a great time at this spacious townhouse! The location was PERFECT for us, as we had a 3 day event at the convention center. We could walk there in 5 minutes if we got lucky with the traffic lights! Nice kitchen, washer dryer and more than enough room for 3 adults. Very good communication with the host, Susan. We would definitely come back again.

Fantastic rental home in the absolute perfect location! So much to do within walking distance. Off-street parking is simply priceless. We will definitely stay here again.

Townhouse in convenient location

Well cared for townhouse with full kitchen had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. Steps from City Place and the surrounding shops and restaurants. We were very pleased.

We had a comfortable stay at this property. Location was great. There were a few small areas missed by cleaners, but it’s a big place so that’s understandable. Pool was nice. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Great location!

We absolutely loved the location! And it was the perfect amount of space for the 4 of us! However, the pool was an extreme disappointment - having to walk through an active construction zone only to find a very tiny pool area that looked big enough for about 5ppl. Also, the windows let in a ton of noise from the very busy street. Host was easy to work with!

Comfortable townhouse ruined by excessive construction noise

The townhouse was comfortable, clean and well located. Beds were firm and kitchen was well-stocked. However, our stay was ruined by the excessive construction noise next door. They started between 5:30 and 6am, weekdays plus Saturdays, and some days went until 9 pm. I would rent again once the construction is done if I were going to stay in that area.

Great location, Lots of space

Great spot right in the middle of the City Place area. Walking access to most of what we wanted to do. First floor has nice office area with two desks, that worked great for remote work. There is a multi story building going up adjacent to the unit, so expect some noise until project completes next year. Only minor issue we experience was a stuck disposer in kitchen sink (recommend wrench that comes with disposer be placed under the sink - simple thing for renter to fix) .

Property need major updates. The loveseat had pillows under cushions so to try to cover how old/worn out the loveseat is. Next door they are building a high rise. So Monday-Saturday they start all the building at around 6-630 am. Very loud. This unit could be really nice with updates and new furnishings. Nice location.

The location was good except for all of the noise outside in the middle of the night. Unfortunately the property was not very clean. There was mold in one of the showers, ugly stains on the bed ruffle, dirty and stained carpeting, dust everywhere. Initially there was one bath towel and three hand towels only for three people. Luckily my sister lives nearby and we borrowed towels from her until the host arranged for a towel delivery the following day. A sprinkler head was falling out of the ceiling. Netflix account that was provided did not work. There was no dresser in the bedrooms but did have shelves in the closet. The unit was nice but definitely needs some work.

Noisy Construction

The property is great and is perfectly located in The Square in downtown West Palm Beach. Loved being able to walk out the front door and walking to all the shops, restaurants, and intercostal. However, there is a massive constriction project directly adjacent to the property. You won't be able to sleep in past 7am. The construction project also keeps all their vehicle on the narrow road that leads to the gate that gets you to the garage. During the day when they are working, there are times when the vehicles are completely blocking your entrance to this road, forcing you to street park. Ended up getting a ticket because of this situation during my stay.

Family Wedding at nearby private club

The place is cute and the location was perfect however the host was unresponsive and the housekeeping service was horrible. We had 5 adults for five days and they gave us one bath towel for each of us. I requested more and the host responded she would check with housekeeping and that was the last we heard from either. We washed the towels but the old dryer barely worked. We ran dry cycle five times (80 min each) to dry the 5 towels. The garbage disposal did not work , the freezer leaked and the tv remote in the master Bedroom did not work so we could not use the TV. The noise of construction started at 6:30 am every morning !! Too many inconveniences to ever rent here again. Much better choices are out there. Sadly disappointed !
