"This is an okay stay for one night. The plus side is that it is new inside & clean. Down side: very, very small overall space. Had to use the kitchen sink for “grooming” as the bathroom sink is too small to even brush teeth. The majority of the kitchen cabinets are empty. You will find it very sparse (2 plates, 2 bowls, etc. ). No chair in this unit - only the bed to sit on. No extra blanket for a cold night at the beach. There is a wall heater in the room. "This property is perfect for your stay in Portland it was in driving distance to all the activities we had planned. The view of Mt. St. Helens was specular, and the weather was just perfect coming from Louisiana with all the humidity. Loved the community fridge!!! This will be our place to stay when we visit Portland again. Highly recommended this luxury penthouse it was super clean and had all the amenities to make your stay perfect. Grocery store right in front of property which we loved. "
