"We had a nice time staying here, easy to Uber to Beale street. The hotel staff were great. Great service at the bar/restaurant. The valet parking was very easy and we could see our vehicle from the lobby. The old elevator was really cool, however; we did get stuck for a brief moment as the doors did not open (just one time) . Across from the event center so that was very convenient since we were there for work."

"Horrific, I was very disappointed. The worst atmosphere and hotel was full problems from the toilet and the TV and the breakfast was deplorable."

"They Had bread and bagels but no toaster. There were no good options for cereal for adults. Eggs and sausage were available if that is what you prefer. They did have skim milk which many hotels don’t have. The carpet in our room did not appear to be clean. Hotel in good condition. We did not like the sink and mirror not being inside the bathroom. Staff not very friendly. "

"Air stop working I was there for a week every day was a problem with the air. They weren’t cleaning the rooms every day only if u asked "

"The internet was just fine the staff was great I did not get to utilize the pool though I'm going to try and do something with my next time there which I'll be checking in today"
