The lobby/breakfast/bar area was very nice and inviting and the breakfast was nice and though not a hot buffet, it was a step above continental with waffles, egg and sausage patties for breakfast sandwiches, yogurt and toppings, fresh fruit, juice and cold cereal. Always kept clean and stocked. Our room was huge and very clean with an almost full sized fridge and kitchenette and lots of counter space. The bed was very comfortable too. “The staff at the hotel are really nice and professional. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Good walkable location to lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was clean, but a little bit worn out and tired. Soundproofing was not great and there is major construction across the road that woke me up early every morning. ”

“Great location and new building, but the services here were the worst experiences I have had since traveling at lower star levels as a teenager. We had two terrible experiences that could have been very simple to rectify and it took hours of our time complaining and following up. The worst one was the toilet got clogged, we were told there was nothing they could do and with shoulder shrugs offered us the use of the lobby bathroom for our stay.
