“Experienced a wonderful short term “getaway”.Lisa was wonderfully easy to correspond with.Any questions or concerns were addressed in a very punctual manner. A very beautiful and private property which was tranquil/serene. Our four-legged canine (Sköl), had a wonderful time!”

“Great Stay. Wonderful property and had a great time. Did some hiking nearby at Boyce Hill State Forest and a trip to Letchworth State Park and enjoyed Ellicottville. This was a great homebase for our adventures and loved sitting by the campfire admiring the pond and wildlife.Would certainly stay there again!”

“We had an absolutely delightful stay at Ebb’n’Flow. The spot is secluded and full of charm and natural beauty. “Great layout, property, and amenities. The game room was the highlight for the kids and adults all weekend. Easy drive into ellicottville, but far enough away from town to enjoy quiet. Owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Thanks for a great weekend!”
