Dear Guest,We apologize for the carpet issue, we will promptly take care of all carpeting beginning in the next few days. We run 100% occupancy rate throughout the summer and fall and this makes is difficult to do full carpeting shampooing, as we do not want our guests to experience an uncomfortable damp floor. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

We are sorry you had difficulty. The ice machine on the lower level is right near the entry door. We did repair the wallpaper piece on the upper wall, thank you for letting us know. YOUR OUTSIDE LIGHTING IS CONTRO; BY A LIGHTING COMPANY ON DIFFERENT TIMERS. DUE TO DAYLIGHT, SOMETIMES IT DOES NOT RESET. SINCE SOME OF THE ROOMS HAVE KEYS TO OPEN AND OTHERS HAVE CARDS TO OPEN WE CAN NOT LOCK THE ENTRANCE DOORS .

Dear Guest,Our hotel does not have a pool, as per the Expedia website you booked on. We offer a wonderful breakfast each morning in the dining area from 7-10 am 7 days per week. We hope you have a good day!

Dear Michelle, We are very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. I wanted to let you know we do not have a pool here at Econolodge and there is not one advertised on this booking site with Expedia as well. We offer patio tables located in the grassy areas with umbrella coverings, all in working order. Breakfast has 1 golden waffle maker, 1 golden pancake maker, 3 flavors of bagels, breads, 3 types of muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, 2 cereal types, fruit, and several beverage options. Expedia does not advertise we have a pool as there are no pictures advertised nor is it listed under amenities. We do not directly advertise that we have a pool since it has been closed since pre-covid. We also apologize you did not care for our breakfast, as we offer a hot option every day of either waffles, pancakes, or biscuits and gravy, along with toast, English muffins, assorted bagels, assorted muffins, oatmeal, 2 different kinds of cereal, apples and bananas, yogurt, orange and apple juice, milk, and coffee.
