“Property owner was easy to communicate with and was very helpful in every aspect. Homeowner kept in touch and answered every question that we had. WE rented this house for 3 weeks for work training in town and will definitely rent it again next year when we come back to the city. I think our only criticisms were the proximity to the highway (noisy from traffic) and not being able to swim in the pond because of alligators. “Very nice well kept tiny house. We felt very comfortable and slept great. It had a great little deck overlooking a pond. Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it.
