Hidden Gem

This place is a hidden gem! Everyone is so nice ! The places was clean and smelled nice ! The breakfast is amazing !! The lady’s hosting breakfast time are sweet and helpful , the greet you and smile ! Never been to hotel when someone greets us in the breakfast area ! And we travel a lot !

My 1st stay

Great hotel. The weather was bad, my only complaint, an inside smoking area. Thats just a suggestion. Every other aspect of stay, was on point. Great room, with full kitchen. Breakfast buffet, included. Very clean & quiet. Friendly, polite, staff. My wife & I, definitely going back.

7:30 Am breakfast too late

Excellent with one exception: if you have an 8:00 Am meeting across town, you won’t have a chance for your free breakfast because it doesn’t start until 7:30. I stay more than 10 nights a year in various hotels but 7:30 is definitely the latest start for breakfast I’ve ever experienced.

We enjoyed the comfort of our room and facilities We left early Saturday morning and returned that evening only find our room not cleaned and no clean towels Called the front desk and was told they do not clean any rooms on weekends ? The Sunday breakfast we awesome and the people there are very friendly

Good stay.

We had a 2 bedroom suite with full kit and living room. It was perfect for us. It was extremely clean. We Stayed a week. We did not want daily room service but was furnished towels as needed. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We heard they were going to remodel which is good because some of the furniture was worn out. Some other things needed attention but we are easy to please and feel it will improve by our trip next year. We will stay at this hotel every time we come to Longview. Very pleased.

They’re doing renovation . Paint smell Everywhere Had to wait 20 min to check in and check out since nobody was in counter Can’t sleep at night because I could hear every sound a from the next room . Even snoring sound Never never has experience like this

I thought it was a very clean nice property but first impression was a disgruntled staff member who was rude. We asked for recommendations she didn’t even offer help. She said she didn’t know. It was my son’s bday and she didn’t even say happy bday. Not that she had to but just want to make her disposition clear. She shouldn’t work in hospitality. The day we checked out, those lady’s were super friendly! The room was clean, the hotel had a bad smell to it.

The check-in front desk agent was as sweet as she can be, however on Sunday while checking out the front desk agent checked out the wrong room and was very rude. I paid for my room in full before we even arrived and paid the deposit. She insisted that my card declined until I showed her my bank statement where the deposit was pending. Then she wanted to take a picture of my debit card. Very unprofessional.
