Oy vey, where do I start? If you, as a property, are holding an event in a venue on-site that would take up all of the parking AND play loud music until after midnight, I think you should notify guests. Additionally, the consistency of the daily maid service was terrible - there is a coffee maker in the room. Is one pod really meant to last for three nights? If you are cleaning the bathroom and notice that the guests have already used the backup toilet paper, shouldn’t you leave another? Are wash clothes no longer standard in bathrooms? It would appear that some sort of renovation may have been done in the bathrooms 15-20 years ago but really, the bathtub is peeling badly. Generally, there was very little functional electricity in the room, nothing worked on the side of the room with the ONLY nightstand. My husband had to use an extension cord and run it into the bathroom to utilize his CPap machine. Someone prior to us had turned the refrigerator up to freezing so all of our food and beverages froze. One elevator was out of service and the other was so clunky and noisy we didn’t take it again. All in all, this was a pretty bad experience and certainly not in line with what we expect from hotels in Tarrytown.
