“The house was the perfect size and located close to St. Augustine. It looks like it is new and felt like it. Two items: The couch is not really a couch it's more like a daybed, not very comfortable for relaxing/watching TV. Also, it was the coldest night of the year and the heat did not go higher than 67 degrees. It was very cold. Owner came by the second and couldn't get it fixed. He stated he would have it fixed. “Check in was made easy by the host. I received an email with a code for the door and that took care of check in!The kitchen/living room open concept was great for the many family meals we prepared. Since we did a lot of in-house cooking, we would have liked to have had a few sharper knives in the kitchen, but made do with what was there. We were thankful for the dishwasher !”

“Very cute. Small. But just what we needed for the weekend. About 1/3 of a mile walking distance to downtown and Flagler. Toilet didn’t stop running, and parking in the driveway was tight but not a big deal. Other than that it was very clean. Had coffee and creamer in the fridge, hairdryer, which was all we needed for amenities. ”
