Fabulous stay- Very clean room and bathroom, friendly, helpful, professional staff, bed and pillows very comfortable, clear TV, delicious breakfast with every choice possible - hot food was hot and cold food was cold! Although it was 30 min. before closing breakfast, all food choices were still available. Will come back when in this area.

I stayed in the hotel In Wichita Falls TX. I was there for 3 nights. I never got fresh towels no one collected the trash. My room was dirty the mirror in the bathroom had hand prints all over it. I will not stay in a Holiday Inn again.

Good stay
Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The hot cinnamon buns were to die for! I enjoyed the Dove brand toiletries.

Two nights in a row we had teenagers partying outside our door. One night at 3 am. Running up and down the halls. at 3 am they were hitting a volleyball repeatedly against our door. I called the front desk and the man literally asked me “well did you ask them to stop?” I told him I opened the door and yelled at them and they are still doing it. He didn’t do a thing. And it went on for an hour. The next day I complained to the am manager and she said they have a quiet at 10 pm policy and she would address it. Clearly they do NOT follow their quiet at 10 pm policy. Also the room we were in was very noisy. There was some sort of vibration in the floor and the blinds didn’t work. So we could never sleep in bc the sun light couldn’t be blocked.

The stay was good. Had a dead cricket in my restroom and the toilet seat was shaky when you sat down. The breakfast was good and so was the customer service. I will stay again.

Staff was great! Noisy location. Needs updating, ex. holes/tear in lampshade, nothing major but a bit worn out looking. There was a missed shopping bag left by someone else not picked up by housekeeping, the room was surface clean but not attentive to detail cleaning.
