The place is terrible! Dirty, trash outside of the door, door looks like it was kicked in, bed was old and sagged in the middle, lamps have shares that aren’t connected and wobble, walls are patched up…. left after 10 min and wouldn’t give us our money back… find somewhere else to stay!

I stayed in room 127. I opened the door and it smelled like cigarettes and mildew. But the worst part of my stay was the roaches everywhere.

poor quality motel
the picture of the room shows 3 pillows per bed. ours had 2. we asked for 2 more and received them. there was no telephone or wastebasket in the room and the chair was an old rolling desk chair that we could not use. the staff rummaged thru other rooms to supply a wastebasket and chair. the second bed did not have a sheet over the mattress cover. we requested that one be placed on the bed, but it never happened.

Sorry to say we liked nothing! We did not stay to night. We had to leave and go to a different motel. Expedia should not use the property on the sight!

The beds was very comfortable and the front desks people was very friendly. There was no soap, coffee maker or fridge and microwave in the room. You couldn't get coffee until 9 am, it was the bare necessity. I've stay at serval Red Roof Inn when I travel and this was the worst. Talk to the front desk about the condition of the place and he said he would try to make the property more better. I then inform him if I was in the area I would try staying, if things wasn't any better I find anothe hotel.

My wife and I stayed the night here while moving across the country. During our one night stay, wife got locked inside our hotel bathroom. We had to get maintenance in our room to help her out and they ended up kicking the door down. Our room keys quit working several times during our stay. There was no wifi, the TV stopped working, the phone was unplugged and just sitting on our side table, and the hotel charged us twice for our room (we are currently disputing with our bank as we tried to call the front desk but we are unable to reach anybody). The employees were nothing but nice and helpful but the facilites definitely need an upgrade and the automated phone system needs to be REDONE. When you are instructed to dial 5 to reach the front desk, it loops you back to the beginning of the automated message. Many flaws.

We were unable to take showers due to a dirty tub. Plus, not enough linens. It was obvious there had been flooding in the restroom because the baseboards were gone and stains were going up the wall. There were no cups to drink out of; therefore, it was difficult to take our meds. No iron and ironing board. Surfaces felt dirty. Pillows were horrible!! Light in the dressing area didn’t work. No soap. No toilet tissue. When I asked the lady at the front desk for more linens, she acknowledged me but continued cutting up with her friends. Thus, we never got linens.

Queen Instead of a King
After fumbling with the card keys that took several trips to the front desk to get a functioning set, we entered our “king room”and found a queen bed and not much else. The room appeared as run down as the property, and after twelve hours of traveling, my wife and I decided it would be better to drive the remaining two hours to our home than to stay in a room that I wouldn’t put my worst enemy in. I will never book a room with Red Roof In again!

Absolutely disgusting. Couldn’t even stay. Opened the door, turned on the lights and ROACHES scattered EVERYWHERE. Bathroom, jacuzzi, bed were infested. We immediately ran from the room and refused to stay. I don’t recommend this place to the stray dog at the end of the road, let alone for a human. This place should be condemned and you should be absolutely embarrassed and ashamed that you let people stay there.

We waited for 20 minutes to get waited on to get our rooms. The guy was no where to be found. The location was dated. The rooms was signs of roof leaking, furniture is in bad condition,tile was missing. Shower didn't drain. Died bug's everywhere, toilet seat broken and so on......

Not a good place to stay
We did not stay. We ended up leaving and booking a different hotel. The first room we were given at this hotel both beds were broken and tv did not work. We let manager know and he gave us a different room. The door on that room looked as if it had been kicked in and did not close properly. Also the rooms were not very clean. We felt dirty just walking in to them. Will not book with this hotel line again.

This is the most rundown hotel that I ever stayed at, Travelocity should be ashamed to rep hotels like this, don't take my word, go look at the reviews. I paid $239 for 1 night and I wish I had just slept in my car, it would have been cleaner with far less bugs.
