“Well located in between Knoxville and Gatlinburg.”

“El sitio muy lindo, comodo, centrico y limpio.”

“Property was clean and exactly as described.”

“Place could have been cleaner, wood floor turned out feet black from walking on it. There was a lot of dust. The plug ins are loose in the bedrooms so it hard to charge your phone. Everything was nice though otherwise. One thing we noticed was there was no toaster or oven pans/ baking sheets. Great location.”

“We were very pleased with our stay at this unit. It met all our needs for our stay. Unit is well-maintained; comfortable beds; plenty of space; nice view of the strip. You can watch the nightly fireworks and drone show from Dollywood on the balcony. Would recommend.”

“Spacious and very comfortable with all the thoughtful amenities that were needed. We very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!”

“I loved the spaciousness and décor. I liked the living room area rug and fireplace. The wall art made it fee WARM AND INVITNG. lI liked the dinnerware and lighting fixtures . I loved the view of the mountains. You pay a cleaning fee and it’s just surfaced cleaned. Very dusty. Lots of flying bugs and spiders. Both sliding door screens are worn torn and need replacing. The place needs to be painted and thoroughly deep cleaned. There is mold in the bathtub above the drain and inside the jetted……

“Very clean. Great location. Host was very helpful. Had a great time.”

“Everything was beautiful and very clean!!! Loved our stay we will definitely stay here again in the future!!!”

“Property was easy to book and met our expectations for the week.”

“Loved the condo. The only thing I would've changed are the towels. They did the job but there could've been more of them from the start. We found two wash cloths. Had there been 4 people we would've been upset. They weren't the greatest quality either. It was still a great condo. Great location. Clean. Felt safe. We will most likely book here again and bring our own extra towels and wash cloths.”

“Property was great! Owner was very nice and responsive with any questions. Will definitely stay here again!”

“nice place”

“This was our second time staying in this unit since March. It’s really nice and convenient to Dollywood. I’ll probably return at least once more this year.”

“Great Location and overall condo experience. Loved the Balcony and how close it was to Dollywood. Host we excellent and communication was great!”

“Brad was very responsive to and questions/concerns. Beautiful complex and condo was very clean. Loved the water pressure and ambiance of fire place. Great views of mountains and river”

“There were a few things that were not up to par. The main door handle looked like it would fall off at any moment. I found a pain pill in the floor at a chair. CARPET is worn out in the walking paths. One of the kitchen cabinets is loose and you have to adjust the door every time you open it.”

“Very clean, felt like home. It was perfect hidden behind the creek very private and an easy walk to the stip to watch the jeeps during the GSMJI lived the lazy river”

“Fantastic condo. Beautiful decor, especially the rug. Very easy to check in and located near the pools. The lazy river was amazing. Would definitely rent again!”
