Room was spacious, full kitchen and big rooms plus a balcony. Some unclean parts of the living room including smears/residue on some electronics, otherwise pretty good. WiFi was not included which was surprising. Worst part by far is the check-in process, the staff tries to sell you on a timeshare presentation so check-in was like 15-20 minutes, I had to say no three or four times before I was allowed to get my room key back. Overall, it was fine, I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but I wasn’t disappointed either.

We had an amazing room, more like an apartment 2 bed 2 bath with a in unit washer/dryer and full kitchen! Absolutely perfect for traveling families! Our kids couldn't get enough of the pools and hot tubs! I would stay here again in a second!

From the moment we arrived, our experience was wonderful. Check-in was quick and easy. Along with the usual paperwork, we were given maps and discounts for local restaurants and wineries, which was such a thoughtful touch and incredibly helpful for planning our stay. When we got to our room, it was spotless, comfortable, and refreshingly cool. The temperature was perfect, making it feel welcoming the moment we walked in. It was clear that great care had been taken to ensure the room was clean and ready for guests.

The location was perfect. Only a few minutes away from the Safari West, which is highly recommended only a skip away from Santa Rosa period great food eateries out, including downtown I believe Healdsburg overall facility had very nice genuinely friendly staff poodles to them and their Management team overall, a very great vacation for me my wife and my daughter

What a wonderful place to call home base when you’re in Sonoma County. World Mark is convenient to area restaurants and wineries. This is our go to place to stay when in the area.

Solo lady traveler here. Studio was very spacious, had its own laundry, and was fully stocked for cooking. Hot tub was delightful. Property is quiet and up against a residential community on a golf course.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable. We had our 2 teenage grandchildren with us. They had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. The amenities are great. The pools are actually heated. There was plenty for the kids to do as well. We have already booked to go back in September. Lovely place. Relaxing.

I really liked the amenities of this resort. The ping pong table, pickleball court, fitness center, pool were are great! The staff were friendly. The only issue I had was that the shower water was just luke-warm. It was not hot enough.

The amenities were great - on site spa, pickleball court, pool, hot tubs, volleyball, ping pong, and more. BUT three things marred the experience 1. Pressure at check-in to sit in a timeshare presentation. 2. WiFi connection is weak so despite the ability to Chrome cast to TVs in room, the spotty WiFi made this very challenging. 3. The pickleball court is supposed to open at 8 am but at 10 am it was still locked. The reason given was maintenance leaves it locked if the court was wet, but it simply was not wet. While conceivable it may have been damp from overnight dew, it was definitely not “wet” at 9 or 10 am (sunrise was 6:20 am).
