Very basic amenities. No drinking glass in the room and no breakfast, just coffee and granola bar. I got what I paid for but next time i will pay a little more at little nicer hotel.

Tentative Staff - Comfortable Stay

The team here was very cordial and tentative of both need & request. The rooms were clean and had modern fixtures. Would definitely recommend and return.

Adequate and staff friendly

Rooms clean, staff friendly however all pet rooms are on the third floor and hotel has no elevators and room numbering bizarrely random. Dog fee posted 25, but is charged tax so fee is really 28.19 PER dog. Costs about as much for two dogs to stay as two adults. Would stay again with adults, but with pets....probably not.

Do not stay at this hotel!

Front desk attendant Ryan was rude and unaccomadating. Hotel customer service was horrible. No amenities. No coffee or tea. So much more but to much to type. Do not stay at this hotel.

Think twice before booking

The front desk attendants were rude and unprofessional. To much to write. Except to say I travel often for work but would never stay there again.

Inconvenient and Bad Service

Poor service, air con was not working reported it but they did not respond promptly. had to call several times. Offered to change rooms at 11:45 PM when we reported it at 9:45 PM. No elevator ad inconvenient.
